Reach us by email or social media. For order, product, and press enquiries — we usually reply within one business day.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Email us with your order number to start a return.
We store only what is needed to process your orders: name, contact details, addresses, and order history. We never sell or share your information.
Necessary cookies keep the shop working and are set without asking, because the site cannot function without them: your bag, your sign-in session, your language choice (aaf_lang), and your cookie choice itself (aaf_consent, kept for 6 months). Marketing and analytics cookies are only set after you allow them. Nothing is loaded before that: no script and no cookie. When you accept, Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) measures which pages are viewed and which orders are placed, and the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) attributes visits and purchases to our advertising. Both are set by third parties and may transfer data outside your country. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing clears the marketing cookies already on your device and reloads the page without the tags. If you refuse, the shop works exactly the same; we simply do not measure your visit.
All sales are subject to product availability. Prices and product details may change without notice. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
