The agreement between you and this shop: how an order becomes a sale, what happens when something goes wrong, and what we owe each other.
Buying from this shop, or creating an account on it, means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not order. Nothing here removes a right your own country's consumer protection law gives you. Where a local rule and a term below disagree, the local rule wins.
You need an email address you can receive mail at, because we verify it with a six-digit code, and a phone number the courier can reach you on. Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from a signed-in session counts as done by you, so if you think someone else has your password, change it — you can also see and revoke your active sessions from your account. We can suspend an account being used for fraud, for abuse of our staff, or to disrupt the shop. We will say why.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is formed when we dispatch the item. Until then either side can pull out, and if we pull out you are refunded in full. Stock is held for you while you check out and released if payment is not completed. Items can sell out between adding to bag and paying; if that happens after you have paid, we refund that item in full. We may cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, payment failed verification, or the order looks fraudulent.
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah and include tax where it applies. Prices in another currency are a conversion for your convenience at the day's rate; the rupiah amount is the one that counts, and your bank sets its own rate and fees. Prices can change at any time, but never on an order you have already paid for. Payment is taken through our payment provider. If a price was obviously wrong — a decimal place in the wrong spot — we will contact you and either honour the real price with your agreement or cancel and refund.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. The cost and estimated time are calculated at checkout from your address and the courier you pick. Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is with the courier its timing is in their hands, and we will help you chase it but cannot promise a date they set. Give an address and phone number that work. Deliveries that fail because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached may cost a re-delivery fee. For international orders, any import duty or tax charged on arrival is yours to pay and is not included in what you paid us.
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Email us with your order number and we will start it. Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item reaches us and passes inspection. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and made-to-order pieces, are marked as such on the product page before you buy. Faulty goods are a separate matter from a change of mind, and your statutory rights over them are not limited by anything here.
We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens differ and colour will vary a little between your display and the fabric. Size charts are a guide. Measurements are taken flat and can vary slightly between production runs. Our chat assistant helps with sizing and product questions. Treat what it says as guidance rather than a guarantee; if it is wrong about a product, the product page and your statutory rights are what hold.
Please do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it wholesale, resell access to it, or use the chat to abuse the people answering. The photography, text, graphics, and designs on this site belong to us. Buying a garment does not license its artwork for reproduction.
We are responsible for the items we sell you and for getting your order right. We are not responsible for losses neither side could reasonably have foreseen when you ordered, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as courier disruption or natural disaster. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.
These terms are governed by Indonesian law, and disputes go to the Indonesian courts. If you are buying as a consumer from another country, this does not take away the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and it does not stop you bringing a claim where your local law says you can.
We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change cannot reach backwards into a purchase you have already made.
